This website is operated by Reverie Design Co. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Reverie Design Co. By visiting the site and/or purchasing something, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Handmade Variations

All of our products are handmade by Stephanie in Knoxville, TN. We work extremely hard to ensure each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, minimizing flaws and inconsistencies as much as possible. While slight variations in color, shape, or pattern may occur due to the handmade process, we always do our very best to deliver high-quality pieces that are as consistent and beautiful as possible. These small variations are part of what make each item unique and special.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your full payment information. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders may not be modified or canceled once processed.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States only. Processing times vary but generally fall between 3–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product names, descriptions, images, and designs, are the property of Reverie Design Co. and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or shipping delays caused by carriers. We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the shipping provider.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, USA.
