Shipping Policy
- All retail (non-wholesale) orders ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted or during periods of high volume (such as holidays). All orders are fulfilled and shipped on a weekly basis, with care and attention to every detail.
- Wholesale orders have an average turnaround time of 10–15 business days, depending on order quantities, or unless we've discussed a different timeline directly.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the order has left our hands, but we’re always here to help guide you through the process if needed.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Reverie Design Co. pieces! Every item is handmade with care, and we do our best to accurately represent each design through photos and descriptions.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.

You can also reactivate your subscription whenever you're ready—no pressure, no hassle!
Shipping Issues or Delays
If your order has shipped but is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered and not received, you may file a claim with USPS.
- Once the order is out of our possession, we are not responsible for delivery delays or mishandling.
- We do not offer refunds, but we may be able to resend your order if your USPS claim is approved.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
